Led by clarinetist and composer Luka Kastelic, blackwood.street is a collaborative project with talented Berlin-based musicians. At the heart of their sound are Kastelic's compositions, whose musical vision serves as a unifying force for the group. Inspired by the innovative work of Marquis Hill, Mccaya McRaven and Braxton Cook, Luka blends different genres like experimental hip hop and soul with contemporary jazz and electronic elements, creating unique compositions that convey emotions and tell stories.
